My husband and I have been working with personal trainer Susie Wenker at the Y for a couple of years. Our goal was to increase our overall fitness. We do not care so much about having showy muscles, although that is a nice side benefit. By doing strength and cardio training throughout the year, when it comes time to do yard work, I can weed eat as much as I need to without getting too tired or being sore the next day. It just makes it easier to do things you need to do in your everyday life. I highly recommend it to keep you motivated.
