Jessica started teaching flexibility and kickbixing classes at the YMCA in the Summer of 2022. She's also a work-from-home legal healthcare claims specialist for a national insurance company.
Jessica has always enjoyed being physically active, participating in power tumbling, cheerleading, basketball, cross country, and track while growing up. In her adult life, exercise has been her main outlet to reduce stress and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. She firmly believes that exercise does not have to be a chore, but a gift that allows her the mental and physical strength to do her favorite things in life: caring for her family, serving in her church, and raising her garden.
Christina has been a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor for 16 years. Holding 18 certifications, fitness is at her core. She began teaching Xtreme Hip Hop, RIPPED, and Rumble at the YMCA in March of 2021 and gradually began teaching cardio kickboxing and strength classes.

I typically teach Ripped and Group Power. I enjoy connecting with people at y and having fun while working out. I believe that anyone can start their fitness journey at any level and do it here at the YMCA, there is something for everyone. I'm my spare time I enjoy walking with friends and attending my son's ballgames. I hope to see you in class!
