Gymnastics at the Limestone Family YMCA gives children the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness in a fun and encouraging environment.

From learning the basics to working toward new skills, our gymnastics program helps children challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and discover what they can accomplish.

Our gymnastics program provides opportunities for children to develop their skills at their own pace while learning from experienced instructors who are passionate about the sport.

Children can work on skills such as:

Rolls and basic gymnastics movements
Cartwheels
Handstands
Walkovers
Round-offs
Tumbling skills
Flexibility and strength
Balance and coordination

Private lessons give athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with an instructor and focus on the skills they want to develop.

Tina McNeill

Hi, my name is Tina McNeill or Miss Tina. I spent my childhood in gymnastics, power tumbling, and cheerleading. I have a passion for providing these opportunities to our community. I began teaching gymnastics at the age of 13 and have been involved ever since. Here at the YMCA, we are offering 3 cheer teams this year, and numerous gymnastics classes, and we are continuously growing. In my free time, I spend time with Paisley and my husband Owen.
